Application & Enrollment
How do I apply to IvoryLearn programs?
Visit our Apply page and fill out the application form. You'll need to provide basic information about yourself, your educational background, and why you want to join our program. The application is completely free.
What are the eligibility requirements?
You must be at least 16 years old, have basic computer literacy, and be committed to completing the program. No prior coding experience is required for most tracks. We welcome learners from all backgrounds.
How long does the application process take?
We review applications on a rolling basis. You can expect to hear back within 2-3 weeks of submitting your application. Selected candidates will be invited for an interview.
Programs & Curriculum
What programs do you offer?
We offer multiple career tracks including Business Masterclass, Community Management, Content Creation/Influencing, Email Marketing, Graphics Designs, Operation Management, SSocial Media Management, and Virtual Assistant.
How long are the programs?
Most programs run for 6-12 months, depending on the track and your pace. We offer both full-time and part-time options to accommodate different schedules.
Can I switch tracks after starting?
Yes, you can switch tracks within the first 4 weeks of the program if you feel another track is a better fit. Contact your program coordinator to discuss your options.
Do I get a certificate upon completion?
Yes, you'll receive a certificate of completion from IvoryLearn. We also help you build a portfolio of projects to showcase your skills to potential employers.
Technical Support
I'm having trouble accessing the learning platform. What should I do?

Can I access course materials after the program ends?
Yes, you'll have lifetime access to course materials and resources. You'll also remain part of our alumni network with access to ongoing support and opportunities.

What kind of career support do you provide?
